MY VIRTUAL CARD IS DECLINING

Please check your balance by:

  • Viewing within the Swiipr App if you have the app installed
  • Or if you did not require the app to download the card, then by clicking the original link sent within the message, The balance should be viewable within the screen displayed.


You could also ask the retailer to do a partial payment up to the value remaining on the card but please ensure you advise the retailer the balance on the card.


If you have sufficient funds, please raise a ticket with our support team by visiting www.swiipr.com/support, providing as much information as possible (error code from POS, shop name, time, date, location, country, etc.) to help us investigate.
