If you have received a physical card, you can view your balance using the quick balance checker tool on our website https://swiipr.com/balance-check/. Simply enter the card sequence number which can be found on the card. Please do not enter the 16 digit card number on the front of the card.
If you have received a virtual card and have the Swiipr App installed, your balance will be available within the App.
If you are still unable to obtain a balance, please contact Swiipr Support (support@swiipr.com) and provide the mobile number the card was issued to.
