Initially, please seek guidance from the gate agent or airline dealing with your flight, they can verify the mobile number is correct and/or may have alternative solutions.

You can also troubleshoot yourself by:

  • Ensuring that you are able to receive SMS messages via your mobile network/WiFi.
  • Ensuring you do not have any type of SMS blocking enabled, or Junk Folder – these are increasingly common on smartphone – please see HERE for details on how to find your SMS junk folders on typical Android and iPhone devices.
  • Ensure you have roaming enabled, or can receive messages whilst on WiFi.
