WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM I HAVE PURCHASED?

Each retail store has its own returns policy and will handle the returns in the same manner as any other Mastercard transaction. They may credit your physical or virtual card, provide a cash refund or store credit. Please remember that your card is only valid for a limited period as directed by the airline that issued it, from the date you received it.  If you receive a refund to the card or the virtual card in your mobile wallet after the funds expiry date, then the funds will be lost.
