WHERE IS MY AIRLINE'S SMS CLAIM (CONTAINING THE CLAIM LINK) OR REGISTRATION OTP (ONE TIME PASSCODE)?

Modified on Tue, 2 Sep at 4:28 PM

Many messaging apps now include spam filters that may catch these messages. Please check your phone's spam folder: *Certain devices/apps may differ but the general instructions are below*

For Google Messages App:

  1. Open the Google Messages App
  2. Tap on the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) or your profile picture
  3. Tap on "Spam & Blocked"
  4. Check if your message is there
  5. If found, tap on it, select the three dots menu, and choose "Not spam"

For Apple Messages:

  1. Open the Messages App
  2. Tap "Filters" at the top-left (if available)
  3. Select "Unknown & Junk"
  4. Check if your message is there
  5. If found, tap "Not Junk" to move it to your inbox

If still not found, please check your emails as the same message may have been sent to your email inbox – similarly, check your email’s Spam folder if not immediately received.

Any further issues, please speak directly with the airline's gate agent or customer service representative to ensure they have your correct phone number/email and not a landline or travel agent's details.

Please note that SMS links are only valid for 72 hours.

One Time Passcodes can only be requested a certain limited amount of time within a 30-minute period.
